Phil is excited to share with you the inspiration for one of our Summer Liquid Market cocktails, the Kiwi Basil Martini. The idea of this cocktail came from sitting in his garden and picking all different fresh basils he grows. He brought some into the restaurant, and one of our mixologists had some Kiwi around, and he made an intriguing cocktail which really showcased the summer. After several attempts we got it down to the fan favorite it is now!
