Favorite Wine: Masi Amarone
Servio loves to sit at the chef's counter when dining in the restaurant. He has recently taken quite a liking to the lounge as well as the rooftop. The service, energy and professionalism of the staff are among the top reasons that Servio keeps coming back to us time and time again. He especially loves the friendly greetings and kisses on the cheek from all of his favorite Zed girls when he comes in!
Servio has a great appreciation for the decor and ambiance. These elements alone bring him back with friends, family and colleagues from abroad. Servio has become a part of Zed's extended family as he has been a regular here for the past 7 or 8 months.
Initially, Servio lived in Germany and traveled to Chicago about two weeks a month for business. This past month, Chicago has became his permanent home. Living in Chicago is fantastic, but when you live right across the street from your favorite watering hole (YES! His apartment is right across the street from Zed!), life couldn't get much better!
